Sometimes, when you try to record a video, an error message appears.
The problem is caused by an out-of-sync system time. In order to upload the videos to our AWS S3 servers, you need to ensure that the system time is up to date.
Click on the clock and select ‘’.
Click on the ‘’ tab.
Check if it is set to ‘’.
If the option is selected, click on change settings to check the option ‘’.
