Requirements:
Hippo Video Account. Sign-up here if you are a new user.
Hippo Video Chrome extension. Click on this link to install.
Hippo Video + Outplay integration. Click on this link on how to integrate.
To send video emails from Outplay:
Log-in to Outplay using your credentials.
Click Prospects from the quick navigation bar on the left and then click the respective prospect.
Click on the Email icon at the right side of the screen.
In the compose mailbox, you’ll find the Hippo Video icon at the bottom right.
Click on the Hippo Video icon. Select the option from the pop-up.
Before recording, if you have any lengthy scripts then enable the teleprompter. The Enable Teleprompter feature within Hippo Video will prompt your scripts on the screen and lets you talk without the need to check your notes. To learn how to enable it, click here.
You can create a new video or import a video from the Hippo Video library or record your screen and share it.
Once you have completed, your video is now ready to be shared.
Click on Copy to Clipboard to finish up.
Press Ctrl+V and you will notice the video gets pasted as a thumbnail inside the compose mailbox.
Enter the prospect’s email and choose the template or enter the message below.
Now, click on the Send. You have successfully sent a video email to your prospect from Outplay.
