With Hippo Video, you can now track the progress of each team member using our team reports feature. It also helps to track and improve your team’s progress continuously with a few key metrics such as videos created, videos played, contacts added, and much more. In addition to that, you can also get a snapshot of top-performing team members. If needed, you can download the reports using date range selection to your local drive. We've also added a filtering option for groups inside team reports. With this feature, you can keep track of user performance across different groups. Here are some ways to compare data:
Entire group
Current week with the previous week
Current month with the previous month, etc.,
With these comparisons, you can evaluate the team's performance accordingly.
Use Cases:
Admin team can understand whether the licenses they have bought are being utilized
If any of their team members are getting more attention span than others, they can understand the best practices employed by them and pass them along to the rest of the team
If any of their team members have started sending more videos than the previous week, this trend can be identified and the team member can be encouraged to continue which helps in increasing the closures
Engagement metrics help to understand that videos play a major role in the sales process.
