Here's a quick demo on how to integrate Hippo Video with Intercom,
To integrate Hippo Video with Intercom:
Go to the Chrome Web Store.
Search for Hippo Video under Extensions in the search bar on the left.
You’ll see Hippo Video: Video and Screen Recorder listed on the right. Click Add to Chrome to install the Hippo Video Chrome extension.
Click on “Add extension” in the pop-up box.
You’ll notice the Hippo Video icon is added to your browser once the installation is complete.
Navigate to a new tab, log in to Hippo Video using your existing credentials, or Sign up here, to create a new account.
Once you have logged into Hippo Video, click on the Settings icon from the left navigation bar > select Integrations card or click on the More icon from the left navigation bar > select Settings and then click on the Integrations card.
Under the Sales tab, switch the toggle state to ‘On’ found next to Intercom to enable integration.
To ensure completion of the integration, log in to your Intercom account in a new tab and look for the Hippo Video icon under any of the workflow.
For example, click on the Operator> Resolution Bot from the left panel.
Click on the top-right corner of the screen.
You’ll find the Hippo Video icon at the bottom of your chatbox on the left.
