To reset the password:
In case if you've lost access to your account or forgotten your password, you can get back access by doing the following:
Go to the Hippo Video website.
Click on Login at the top bar.
Now, click on Forgot your password link.
Enter your email address and then click the Reset Password button.
You’ll be prompted with the message “You will receive an email with instructions about how to reset your password in a few minutes”.
Navigate to your email for the following instruction email. Click on the respective email and then click the Change My Password button.
Enter the new password and click on Change My Password. You’ll be redirected to the Hippo Video library page of your account.
