This doc will help you quickly walk through the steps on how to enable Hippo Video app access to users from Azure AD.
To enable Hippo Video app access from Azure AD:
Login to Microsoft Office 365 using existing credentials.
Click on the App Launcher icon from the top left and select Admin.
You’ll be redirected to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Select Azure Active Directory below Admin centers from the left panel.
Choose your Admin account (Outlook).
You’ll be redirected to the Azure Active Directory admin center. Select Enterprise applications from the left panel.
Here, you’ll be able to see all the applications that are associated with your organization.
Note: Currently, for Hippo Video there are two applications:
Hippo Video Client Production: Send emails from Hippo Video.
Hippo Video: Configure Hippo Video inside Outlook.
In case, if these applications are disabled for users then the users will not able to access Hippo Video.
Now, to ensure that these applications are enabled. Click on the respective applications and select Properties below Manage from the left menu.
Here, you’ll find the option ‘Enable users for sign-in?’. Toggle on the button. If the option is enabled then it will be marked as ‘Yes’.
Once these steps are completed, the user will be able to access Hippo Video from this application.
