Requirements:
Hippo Video Account. Sign-up here if you are a new user.
Hippo Video Chrome extension. Click on this link to install.
To integrate Hippo Video with Dynamic 365:
Go to the Web Store.
Search for Hippo Video in the search bar on the left.
You’ll see Hippo Video: Video and Screen Recorder listed on the right. Click Add to Chrome to install the Hippo Video Chrome extension.
Once the installation is complete, you will notice the Hippo Video icon added to your browser.
Click on the Hippo Video icon at the top and sign-up to create a new account.
Or, you can log-in to Hippo Video using your existing credentials.
Click on the Settings icon from the left navigation bar > select Integrations card or click on the More icon from the left navigation bar > select Settings and then click on the Integrations card.
From the list of integrations select Sales.
Scroll down to find Dynamic 365, and switch the toggle state to ON and complete the integration.
To ensure completion of the integration, log-in to your Dynamic 365 account in a new tab.
Click on Quick Campaigns from the left-side panel and then click the Email button on the top.
You will notice the Hippo Video icon at the top of your email window.
