Convert a Hippo Video into a knowledge base article in Freshdesk

Hippo Video now allows users to convert videos directly from the Hippo Video library into knowledge base articles in Freshdesk. As soon as a video is shared, it gets automatically added to the 'solutions' section of our knowledge base as an article.

To share a video from Hippo Video library to Freshdesk: 

1. Log in to your Hippo Video account.

2. Click on the Assets icon from the left navigation bar > All Assets and open the video you wish to share from your library.

3. On the right side of the video preview, click on the Share/Embed icon.

4. Click on the Freshdesk icon below the Share option.

5. Select and fill in the details. Once you’re done, click the Post button at the bottom right.

6. Navigate to your Freshdesk account and select Solutions > Category (selected), you’ll find the shared video saved as Draft in the folder.

7. Click the respective article. You’ll find the video inside the article.
