I can’t sign in to my account

To resolve the account access issues:

Follow the steps below:

  1. If you forgot your password, click on Forgot password to reset your password. Or contact us at support@hippovideo.io to reset your password link.

  2. Make sure you have confirmed your account from the link we mailed as soon as you created an account.

  3. If you haven't confirmed, go to that mail and click on Resend

If you cannot sign in to your account for any other reason, contact the support team.
