Yes. The Outlook SMTP server does not permit the user to send video emails because it has a default email sending cap.
For instance, the maximum number of recipients for emails sent by [email protected] is 25, and if they attempt to send more than 25, they will receive an error message with the prompt "550 User [email protected] sent more messages than allowed in 24 hours". So, to overcome this issue, we must wait for the relay quota to reset before continuing to send video emails.
Note: The relay quota will reset in 20.69 hours.
