Outlook with Hippo Video:
Record a 1:1 video message for your prospects.

Obtain real-time notifications every time of your video, i.e. whether your video email is opened/played, or your recipients take any other action.
Pre-requisite:
You must have an Office 365, Exchange, or Outlook.com account (Sign-up here if you are a new user).
Your Outlook client must support web-based add-ins if they are connected to a Microsoft Exchange server OR Office 365 using a direct connection.
Functionalities:
Outlook for Windows & Desktop app - Chrome, Firefox, and Opera.
To send video emails from the outlook web version:
Log-in to Outlook (Web Version) using your credentials.
On the top left corner, click on New Message.
You’ll find the Hippo Video icon at the bottom of your Compose box.
Click on the Hippo Video icon. Select the option from the pop-up.
Before recording, if you have any lengthy scripts then enable the teleprompter. The Enable Teleprompter feature within Hippo Video will prompt your scripts on the screen and lets you talk without the need to check your notes. To learn how to enable it, click here.
You can create a new video or import a video from the Hippo Video library or record your screen and share it.
Once you have completed it, click on Insert Video to finish up.
You will notice the video gets pasted as a thumbnail inside the compose mailbox.
Now, click Send. You have successfully sent a video email to your prospect from outlook.
