To edit the video and personalize it with images:
Log in to Hippo Video with your existing credentials.
Click on the Assets icon from the left navigation bar > All Assets.
Open the video you want to personalize with images.
Below the video preview, click the Edit & Personalize button > Quick Edit.
Go to the frame in the video where you want to add the image.
Now click on the (image icon) and choose between Add Image, Add Personalized Image and Add Website Snapshot.
To add an image:
You can now import an image from local, recently used, g-drive, library images, free stock images, and shopify.
Click Add Image.
Select the image and then click Import.
Click Save.
To add a personalized image:
To insert a picture of your customer or their brand logo to personalize their experience, add the particular web URL in your spreadsheet with column name ‘image1’ for the first screenshot and ‘image2’ for the second, and so on.
Click Add Personalized Image.
You have the option to set opacity, resize, time duration, unlock the aspect ratio, and place it anywhere on your video by dragging.
Click Save.
To add a website snapshot:
To insert your customer’s website screenshot, simply enter the customer’s website link in your spreadsheet with column name ‘website1’ for the first screenshot and ‘website2’ for the second, and so on.
Click Add Website Snapshot.
You have the option to set opacity, resize, time duration, unlock the aspect ratio, and place it anywhere on your video by dragging.
Click Save.
To send video campaign:
On the right side of the video preview, click the Send Mail button.
Click on Add Contacts/Import Contacts. You can import contacts by adding via google sheet or manually.

Selected contacts added/imported.
Enter a catchy subject line and select the template.
Click Send. Now, your video campaign is sent successfully to all the selected contacts.
To share your video with the specific contact:
On the right side of the video preview, click the Copy Link button.
Enter your email address & first name, and then click Copy Link With Thumbnail button.
Choose your preferred option and share it.
