Before sharing the video with the prospect, please ensure that the video link is copied after providing the first name and email address of the prospect. Only then you will be able to view the video reports. To enable the tracking:
On the Video preview page, click Copy Link.
Enter the first name and email address in the respective fields.
Once done, click on the arrow near the Copy link with thumbnail button and select Copy Link.
Now, you can share the video URL.
