Video Tasks lets you create and manage a to-do list. It helps to keep track of your daily tasks, organize multiple lists, and track important deadlines.
Here's a brief walkthrough video on how to manage video tasks inside the iOS app,
To open video tasks:
Open the Hippo Video app on your device and click Sign In.
Click on the Video Tasks icon at the bottom of your screen.
Here, you will see three tabs:
My Tasks - Lets you set your tasks.
All Tasks - Lets you view all the tasks (set by all).
Results - Lets you keep track of your prospect's activity across sent videos such as email opened, a video played, etc.
Note: To view the detailed activity (such as the number of times video opened, plays, clicks, and watch percentage) by the prospect against your sent videos, click on the Prospect name and you will be able to see the details on the bottom of your screen.

To search specific tasks:
Click on the Video Tasks icon at the bottom of your screen.
Then, click on the Search icon at the top right corner.
The Search field option will become enabled.
Enter the task name and its corresponding result will be displayed.
Select the tasks you wish to proceed with.
To set video tasks:
Click on the My Tasks tab and then select the appropriate prospect.
Here is the place where you can enter notes related to recording for the selected prospect.
Once you’re done, click on Done. Your notes will be added to the specific prospect.
Note: You can always edit the notes by clicking on the prospect and then the Edit button at the bottom of the notes box.
Now, you can navigate to this screen anytime and click Record Video, to record a new video.
