Salesflows are a series of automated or manual touchpoints and activities designed to drive deeper engagement with your prospects. With the Hippo Video integration, you can send a personalized video email follow-up to any prospect to create a lasting relationship with them.

To create salesflow from Zoominfo (Engage):
Log in to ZoomInfo (Engage) using your credentials.
Click on the Content menu from the top bar and select Salesflow.
Then, click on the New button in the upper right-hand corner to create a salesflow.
Select the Salesflow from the slider.
Choose the salesflow template of your choice. Here for example, let’s choose ‘Blank’ salesflow template.
Name your salesflow and click on the Save and Add a Step button at the bottom.
Note: If you would like you can click Add/Remove Tag to categorize your salesflow.
Click "Select a specific time block (your time zone)"; Click "When a call is logged with the result of" and make your selection; Click "When a call is logged with the sentiment of" and make your selection.
Then, show what days from the week your emails should go out and click on the Next button.
You’ll notice the Hippo Video icon at the bottom left of the window.
Select the Template and enter the catchy Subject line.
Click on the Hippo Video icon.
Now, the world of videos is open to you. So go ahead and create a new video, import a video from the Hippo Video library, or record your screen.
You’ll notice that the video gets uploaded inside the window as a thumbnail. Click on the Save and add next step button.
Now, You have successfully created a salesflow, and the same will get listed.
You can add multiple steps to your salesflow by clicking on the Next button.
