Sharing screen record videos is a great way to engage with prospects and can be used at different stages in the sales cycle.
Note: Before starting with your recording, you can specify video resolution, webcam size & shape below Advanced Settings.
Here's a brief walkthrough video on how to send a screen record video from Salesforce,
To create a screen record video:
Log in to your Salesforce account using your existing credentials.
Click on Leads from the navigation bar on the top.
Select your specific contact from the leads page.
Scroll down and select the Email tab. Now, click on the Hippo Video icon in the email window.
You’ll see the Hippo Video window opens inside Salesforce with the options to record your screen and enable teleprompter or choose from the library.
Select Record Your Screen.
The Webcam and Mic are enabled by default.
Select Screen and click on Start Recording.
The Choose what to share pop-up will appear.
You can either select Entire Screen/Window. Once you've selected, click Share to proceed with the recording.
Note: The first time when recording via Circle webcam, you will be given a Webcam tour to help you select the best webcam position.
Your screen has been recorded now.
You’ll be able to see the Markup tool at the bottom right of your screen to choose various options such as Click animation, Highlight, Cursor, etc. For more information on use of Markup Tools, please click here.
Note: You can also pause and resume the webcam at any time during the recording.
Click Stop to finish your recording.
Once you have completed it, your video is now ready to be shared.
Click on Insert Video to finish up.
You will notice the video gets pasted as a thumbnail inside the compose mailbox. Hit Send.
Now, you've successfully sent the video email to your prospects.
