Here’s how you can create a flow!

  1. To add a step, input your desired time interval, select a template, and enter the subject.

  1. The Merge fields in Groove allow you to pull in virtually any field from Salesforce that is specific to the person you're reaching out to.

  1. Click on the {!...} icon to see available fields from Salesforce. This includes first name, title, company name, and much more.

  1. By selecting the appropriate merge fields, you’ll be able to track the performance accordingly.

  2. Click on the Hippo Video icon at the top right of your compose window.

  1. Now, the world of videos is open to you. You can now create a new video, import a video from the Hippo Video library, or record your screen and share it.

  1. Once you’ve completed your recording, you must select the user type as Leads/Contacts to whom the video will be shared. This lets you track the performance with ease.

Note: Based on the user type (leads/contacts) selection in Hippo Video, we’ll map the respective merge fields in Groove. For example, if you select First Name in the merge field, for Leads is {!Lead.FirstName} and Contacts is {!Contact.FirstName}.
