An admin can activate or deactivate users at any time themselves. Once a user is deactivated, he/she will not have access to the features or the account anymore. This feature is useful for organizations working with freelancers, or vendors.
To deactivate a user:
Login to Hippo Video using your existing credentials.
Click on the More icon from the left navigation bar and then click on User Management or click the User Management icon from the left navigation bar.
Click on the checkbox to the left of the specific user you would like to deactivate and will get the option to Deactivate on the top.
Once you select Deactivate, you’ll be prompted with the confirmation message. Now click on YES to proceed with the deactivation.
To activate a user:
Click on the More icon from the left navigation bar and then click on User Management or click the User Management icon from the left navigation bar.
Click on the checkbox to the left of the specific user you would like to activate and will get the option to Activate on the top.
Click on Activate and select Yes, to confirm. You’ll be prompted with a confirmation message stating that the user is activated.
