Hippo Video is integrated with Zoho Desk to help support folks create & share videos for their work. They can create how-to videos, product demo videos, resolution videos for customer issues and customer testimonial videos of happy customers. You can create a quick screen/webcam video, share the created videos from library or ask customer to record their issue all inside from Zoho Desk.

To integrate Zoho Desk with Hippo Video:
Login to Zoho Desk account using existing credentials.
Click on Setup icon which is right next to your Profile.
Scroll down to an end and click Marketplace.
Search for Hippo Video and click on the Install button.
Then, click on Install to finish the process.
Once you are done with the installation, you can go to your Tickets tab and check for the Hippo Video widget. You must provide the Hippo Video API Key in the provided field.
To get the Hippo Video API Key, login in to your Hippo Video account and go to your Profile Settings and copy the API key (at the bottom of the page).
Now, go to Zoho Desk and paste the copied Hippo Video API Key.
Click Submit. Now, the Hippo Video app is integrated successfully and you’ll be able to record a video or select the videos which are already recorded inside Zoho Desk.
