Create video templates and send to multiple leads/contacts from Zoho CRM

Requirements:

• Hippo Video Account. Sign-up here if you are a new user. 

• Hippo Video Chrome extension. Click on this link to install.

To create video templates from Zoho CRM:

1. Log-in to Zoho CRM using your credentials.

2. Click on the Settings  icon at the top right.

3. Select Templates below the Customization card.

4. Click the New Template button.

5. Select the Module as Leads/Contacts/etc and click Next.

6. You’ll be redirected to the Template Gallery where you can find all the existing templates.

7. Hover the mouse over the appropriate template and click Select.

8. Enter the template name and subject at the top left. Click on the Hippo Video icon at the top.

9. Select the option from the pop-up.

10. Before recording, if you have any lengthy scripts then enable the teleprompter. The Enable Teleprompter feature within Hippo Video will prompt your scripts on the screen and lets you talk without the need to check your notes. To learn how to enable it, click here.

11. You can create a new video or import a video from the Hippo Video library or record your screen and share it.

12. Once you've completed it, click on Copy to Clipboard to finish up.

13. On the left panel, click on Text below All Components.

    
    

14. Then, select any of the options listed below Text from the left panel and drag & drop the component on the right side.

15. Press Ctrl + V. You’ll find the video gets pasted as a thumbnail inside the template on the right.

16. Once you’re done, click the Save button at the top.

17. Select the folder from the Save To drop-down and then click the Save button.

18. The template is created successfully and saved.

To send video emails to multiple leads/contacts from Zoho CRM:

1. Click Leads/Contacts from the top bar > select multiple leads/contacts > click the Send Email button at the top.

2. Click the Select Template button to select the email template.

3. All the existing templates will be listed. Select the appropriate template or click the Create Template button at the top right to create a new template and add. Click here to learn how to create a new template.

4. Select the Send Options as Send Immediately/Schedule Later and then click the Send button.

5. The video emails will be sent to all the selected leads/contacts.
