Why are video reports not populating inside HubSpot?

If the user uninstalls the Hippo Video app from HubSpot then the authentication token expires automatically inside the Hippo Video account. 

To view the reports, please make sure the following steps have been executed:

  1. Go to Integrations tab.

  2. Click on the Sales tab.

  3. Search for HubSpot for Sales and click on the Manage button.

  4. Now, click on the Remove Account button from the pop-up.

  5. Then, click on the Integrate button near HubSpot for Sales.

  6. Navigate to HubSpot and install the Hippo Video app again.

  7. Refresh the page. Now, you'll be able to see the reports.
