View salesforce video dashboard

With Hippo Video, apart from the convenience of creating and sending the videos/sales pages, you get access to all videos/sales page insights within your Salesforce account.  In addition to that, you have an option to view the performance of all the users via Overall Sales Dashboard and for the specific user via User Dashboard

By default, Hippo Video has a few sets of reports as mentioned below:

  • Videos Created

  • Unique Viewers

  • Video Attention Span

  • Video Engagement Rate

  • Sales Pages Created

  • Total Page Loads

  • Average Page Time (Minutes)

  • Page Engagement Rate

  • Top Sales Pages 

  • Top Prospecting Videos

  • Videos and Sales Pages Created By Reps

  • Top Performing Reps Based on Videos

  • Top Performing Reps Based on Sales Pages


To track the impact of your video and sales page analytics follow the steps given below:

  1. Login to the Salesforce account.

  2. Click on the App Launcher on the top left and select Sales

  3. From the top menu bar, click on Dashboards Overall Sales Dashboard/User Dashboard.

Note: The Overall Sales Dashboard is applicable only for Admin.
  1. You will see the overall sales dashboard or user dashboard reports depending on your selection.


Overall Sales Dashboard / User Dashboard: This dashboard gives you insights into the videos and sales pages.

  1. Videos Created - The total number of videos created.

  2. Unique Viewers - The number of unique users who watched the video.

  3. Video Attention Span - The average percentage of all the videos watched.

  4. Video Engagement Rate - Shows the video engagement rate which includes unique video views, and video loads (Unique Video views/ Unique Video loads*100).

  5. Sales Page Created - The total number of sales pages created.

  6. Total Page Loads - The total number of times the page opened.

  7. Average Page Time (Minutes) - The average amount of time spent on a sales page.

  8. Page Engagement Rate - Shows the page engagement rate which includes videos watched, CTAs clicked, video replies,  sales collaterals, and In-video CTAs.

Note: The View Report link below each metrics directs to the specific metric that includes the details such as Video created ID, created name, name, user, created by, and asset ID.

Top Sales Pages: Shows the list of sales pages that has maximum engagement.

  1. Page Name - The sales page name.

  2. Sum of CTA Click Counts - The total number of times the CTA on the sales page has been clicked.

  3. Sum of Video Reply - The total number of times video replies submitted.

  4. Sum of Page View Count - The total number of times the sales page has been viewed.

  5. Record Count - The number of unique viewers who had viewed the page.

  6. Average Page Time (Minutes) - The average amount of time spent on the sales page.

  7. Page Engagement Rate - Shows the page engagement rate that includes number of videos watched, CTAs clicked, video replies,  sales collaterals, and In-video CTAs.

  8. Bounce Rate - Rate of unique users who landed on the sales page and left without any interaction.


Top Prospecting VideosShows the list of all the prospecting videos that have maximum engagement.

  1. Average Watch Percentage - The average amount of time spent watching the video.

  2. Largest Max Seconds Watched - Maximum duration on the video.

  3. Sum of Views - The total number of views per video watched.


Videos and Sales Pages Created By RepsShows the list of all the videos and sales pages created by reps.


  1. Sum of Total Videos Created - The total number of videos created.

  2. Sum of Total Pages Created - The total number of pages created.


Top Performing Reps Based On Videos: Shows the list of all the reps based on their video performance.

  1. Video Attention Span - The average percentage of all the videos watched.

  2. Video Engagement Rate - Shows the video engagement rate which includes unique video views, and video loads (Unique Video views/ Unique Video loads*100).

  3. Unique Viewers - The number of unique viewers who had viewed the video.


Top Performing Reps Based On Sales PagesShows the list of reps based on the performance of their sales pages.

  1. Unique Prospects Engaged - The number of unique prospects who engaged on the sales page.

  2. Page Engagement Rate - Shows the page engagement rate that includes videos watched, CTAs clicked, video replies, and sales collaterals viewed.

  3. Average Page Time (Minutes) - The average amount of time spent on the sales page.
