With Hippo Video, you can now add a video and send campaigns from other marketing software. This helps to increase clickthrough rates and promote engagement with your videos. You simply have to copy and paste the code into your email client/campaign template to send a personalized video and thumbnail.

To select and send a campaign from HubSpot and other marketing software:
Click on the Assets icon from the left navigation bar > All Assets.
Now, click on the Share/Embed Code icon at the right side of the video preview.
From the Share slider, click Send Campaign from Other Marketing Software.
From the Email Marketing Software drop-down, select the preferred option. Here, for example, HubSpot is chosen.
By default, the Thumbnail Size will be set as 360*202.
Check Responsive, to render well on a variety of devices and windows or screen sizes, whether it is a desktop, a laptop, a tablet, or a mobile phone.
Check Center Align, to make the video at the center.
Add the custom field here, if any.
Check Require email to view and collect your prospect's email address before accessing the video.
Once you’re done, click COPY CODE, navigate to your platform, and paste the code.
Note: In HubSpot,
The Embed code (Inline code) will not work with email templates since it is an iframe. It can be used only on websites.
The Embed code (HubSpot Embed code) will not work with email templates since the Script will not support inside HubSpot.
Go to HubSpot and select Marketing > Email from the top menu.
Click on Create Email at the top right.
Choose an Email Type and select Template.
Click on More from the left panel.
Drag & Drop the HTML Code block from the left to the editor page on the right.
Place the block in the preferred position.
The Edit HTML editor will appear on the left.
Now, paste the copied code upon which the video will be embedded.
Click on the Review and send button at the top right. You've successfully sent a campaign from HubSpot.
