Respond to a customer ticket with video inside Zoho Desk

How do you manage your customer support activities efficiently? Do you add videos to resolve your customer queries?

If not, It’s time you start including videos to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Creating videos and sharing them across with customers has become way easier as Hippo Video is now integrated with Zoho Desk.

To respond to a customer ticket with a video inside Zoho Desk:

  1. Log in to your Zoho Desk account.

  1. Click on Tickets icon from the top bar, to check the issue tickets created by customers.

  2. Now, click any one of the tickets.

  1. Select the icon (marked in the above screenshot) which is available on the right-hand side of the screen to find your installed apps.

  2. That will open a widget, from which you can record or select an existing video from your Hippo Video library, ask the customer for a video testimonial, and ask the customer to record the issue.

  1. If you opt for 'RECORD EXPLAINER VIDEO' you will be directed to the recording page; you can select the required inputs to record and share the video.

  2. To send your customer an existing video solution, click on the Reply button on the top and then click on the Hippo Video icon which is available on the reply pane below; click on Add to Reply link near the video. 

  3. To let your customer record an issue, click on 'REPLY WITH VIDEO TICKET'.

  4. Finally, click Send to reply your customer.
