Let’s explore the options available inside the preview page,
To change the title: Click on the Edit icon at the top of the video preview and enter your preferred title.

To add description, select folder and add tags: Enter and select the options in the appropriate fields.

To set a thumbnail:
Click on the Video thumbnail icon at the bottom left of the video preview.
The Thumbnail slider will appear. Now, click on your preferred thumbnail.
To apply a virtual background:
Click on the Virtual Background icon at the bottom left of the video preview.
The Virtual BG slider will appear.
Select your preferred background option from the list - Videos/Images.
Once done, click Apply.
To edit and personalize:
Click on the Edit and Personalize button at the bottom right of the video preview.
You’ll find various options such as Quick Edit (basic editing), Pro Edit (advanced editing), Personalize Video (address viewers directly by their name and other personal details), and AI Editor (you can edit the script for all the new, imported, and existing videos).
Select your appropriate option from the list and proceed.
To manage videos:
Click on the More icon at the top right of the video preview.
You’ll find various options such as Clone, Create GIF, Download, Delete, and Replace Video.
Select your appropriate option from the list and proceed.
To find out the last viewed person details:
Navigate to the right side of the video preview.
If your videos are not yet viewed by any viewers, you'll be shown the below message.
If it is viewed, you’ll be shown the below message.
To set a sales page template:
Navigate to the right side of the video preview.
By default, the video will be set with the sales page.
Click on the Remove icon, to delete the sales page, Preview icon, to view the video preview with the sales page and Edit icon, to change the sales page.
To share your video link:
Click on the Copy Link button on the right side of the video preview.
The Share your video using the links below slider will appear.
Enter and select the options to proceed further.
To send 1:1 video email or send a campaign:
Click on the Send Mail button at the right side of the video preview.
You’ll find the options to Send 1-1 Mail and Send Campaign.
Select the appropriate options from the pop-up and proceed.
To share video for peer review:
Click on the Send for Review button at the right side of the video preview.
The Get your video reviewed window will appear.
Enter and select the appropriate details.
Once done, click on Send out for review button.
To share, export, embed and send via marketing software:
Click on the Share/Embed icon at the right side of the video preview.
You’ll find various options to share your video. To share a video, click on the Share option.
To export a video, click on the Export option.
To embed a video, click on the Embed option.
To send a campaign from other marketing software, click on the Send Campaign from Other Marketing Software option.
To view reports:
Click on the Reports tab at the bottom of the video preview.
You’ll be notified with the basic details.
To view the detailed reports, click on the View Detailed Reports button at the bottom.
To add interactive timeline actions:
Click on the Interactive Video CTA tab at the bottom of the video preview.
Select your preferred actions and add, to proceed.
To track a video embedded on the website:
Click on the Track Video tab at the bottom of the video preview.
Select and enter the appropriate details.
Once done, click Save to proceed further.
To manage video settings:
Click on the Video Settings tab at the bottom of the video preview.
By default, the Settings option will be displayed.
To edit subtitles, click on the Subtitles from the left panel.
To edit branding, click on the Branding from the left panel.
To edit privacy, click on the Privacy from the left panel.
To post comments:
Click on the Comments tab at the bottom of the video preview.
Enter your comments and click on Post, to proceed further.
Note: Remove the sales page if you want the delivery page to have comments.
