To send video emails to lead/contact from Zoho CRM:
Log-in to Zoho CRM using your credentials.
Click Leads/Contacts from the top bar > select respective lead/contact > click the Send Email button at the top.

In the compose window, click on the Hippo Video icon.
Select the option from the pop-up.
Before recording, if you have any lengthy scripts then enable the teleprompter. The Enable Teleprompter feature within Hippo Video will prompt your scripts on the screen and lets you talk without the need to check your notes. To learn how to enable it, click here.
You can create a new video or import a video from the Hippo Video library or record your screen and share it.
The email id of the selected lead/contact will be populated automatically. Click on Copy to Clipboard to finish up.
Press Ctrl+V and you will notice the video gets pasted as a thumbnail inside the compose mailbox.
Enter the prospect’s email and choose the template or enter the message below.
Now, you've successfully sent a video email to your prospect from Zoho CRM.
