Sequences are a series of automated or manual touchpoints and activities designed to drive deeper engagement with your prospects. With the Hippo Video integration, you can send a personalized video email follow-up to any prospect to create a lasting relationship with them.

As a result, when you sign up for SalesHandy, you must select the appropriate objective for using SalesHandy in your workflows, such as Email Sequence, Email Tracking, or Email Sequence and Email Tracking, because the user interface for SalesHandy alters correspondingly.

Requirements:
Hippo Video Account. Sign-up here if you are a new user.
Hippo Video Chrome extension. Click on this link to install.
Hippo Video + SalesHandy integration. Click on this link to check out the steps for integration.
SalesHandy video sequences for Email Sequence and Email Tracking or Email Tracking:
Log in to SalesHandy using your credentials.
Click on the Email Sequence menu from the left-side panel.
Select the Sequence Template tab and then click on the New Sequence button.
Click on the Hippo Video icon at the top left of your compose window.
Now, the world of videos is open to you. Create a new video, Import a video from the Hippo Video library, or Record your screen.
Your video is now ready to be shared.
Once that’s done, click the Copy to Clipboard button and paste it inside the Compose window as a thumbnail.
Click on the Pen icon at the top to add a name for the sequence.
Input your desired time interval in the boxes given.
You can add multiple stages to your email sequence by clicking on the Plus icon on the left (marked in the above screenshot).
Once you’re done, click on the Save Sequence Template button at the bottom or the top right.
You have successfully created a sequence, and the same will get listed.
SalesHandy video sequences for Email Sequence:
Log in to SalesHandy using your credentials and select the Sequences menu from the left-side panel.
Click on the Create Sequence button.
The new sequence is created.
Click the Add Step button.
Provide the name for your sequence and click on the Hippo Video icon at the top right of your compose window.
Now, the world of videos is open to you. Create a new video, Import a video from the Hippo Video library, or Record your screen.
Once your video is ready, click the Copy to Clipboard button.
Paste it inside the Compose window as a thumbnail and hit Save.
You can add multiple steps to your sequence by clicking on the Add Step button at the bottom left or top right.
Click on the Prospects tab to import or search & add prospects.
Follow the on-screen instructions and add the prospect as shown in the below example.
Click on the Emails tab to track the email data.
Select the Settings tab to schedule, add an email account, etc., and hit Save.
You have successfully created a sequence, and the same will get listed.
