Requirements:
- Hippo Video Account. Sign-up here if you are a new user.
- Hippo Video Chrome extension. Click here to install. 
- Intercom Account 
To add a video to your answer:
- Login to Intercom with your existing credentials. 
- Select Operator from the Inbox drop-down menu.  
- A new tab will open up. In the left-side panel, click Operator > Resolution Bot.  
- The Answers screen will appear by default. Click on the New Answer button.  
- Enter frequently asked questions as the title, choose your language, choose your question and click the Create your answer.  
- Click on the Hippo Video icon at the bottom of your chatbox on the left.  
- Now, the world of videos is open to you. Create a new video, Import a video from the Hippo Video library, or Record your screen.  
- Once you have completed it, your video is ready to share. 
- Click Copy to Clipboard at the bottom of the window. 
- Now, paste the link in the Enter text here… box.  
- Choose your audience and hit Done.  
- Finally, set your answer live and click the Save and Close button on the top-right corner of the screen. 
To edit a video answer:
- Navigate to the bottom of the Resolution Bot screen. 
- Below the Title label, click on the title you want to edit.  
- Click on the top-right corner of the screen. 
- Click Create your answer. 
- Click on the video and you will see an icon to remove/edit the link. 
- Then, press the Delete key from your keyboard, to remove the video.  
- Now, to record a new video, click on the Hippo Video icon . 
- Follow the steps (7 to 12) explained in the above ‘To add a video to your answer’ heading, to record your answer. 
- Once you are done recording, click on the top-right corner of the screen.
