Lemlist Account
To select a video from the Hippo Video library:
Login to Hippo Video using existing credentials.
Click on the Assets icon from the left navigation bar > All Assets.
Open the video that you wish to send.
In the video preview page, click on Share/Embed icon from the right.
From the Email Marketing Software drop-down list, select Lemlist and click Copy Code.
To embed the video in Lemlist:
Log-in to Lemlist using your credentials.
You’ll be redirected to the Editor page of the Lemlist. Click on New campaign at the bottom left.
Enter the campaign name and click Next.
Select the options from the list on how to import your leads.
Enter your leads email address and click Got it.
Then, follow the on-screen instructions.
Select the schedule and click Validate schedule.
Select the Time Zone.
Finally, select the email address of the prospect to whom you’ll be sending the campaign and click Next.
Click on Create your sequence.
Click on any of the options from the right. Here for example, click the Blank card.
Enter the subject and add the content in the email body.
Click on the More Misc icon at the bottom right and then click the Code icon from the pop.
Inside HTML editor, paste the copied code and then click the Code icon again.
You will notice the video embedded as a thumbnail inside the compose box. Click on Save at the top right.
Now, click on the Leads tab on the top and select the lead.
Click on the Edit button, to add the details.
Once you’re done, click the Save button.
Schedule the campaign based on time zones.
Details inside the Settings tab are set by default and click Save.
Now, click the Review1 button. The campaign is all set.
Hover over the mouse near the Play icon and you’ll be shown the message as Your campaign is running, click to pause the campaign.
The leads will receive an email based on the time zone set. You’ve successfully launched a campaign from Lemlist.
