View video analytics inside SalesHandy

Video analytics gives your marketing and sales team a birds-eye view of how leads and prospects engage with videos. With Hippo Video, you can access all the video insights within your ecosystem. A comprehensive report will show your video’s detailed information in two different categories:

  1. Reports: Lets keep track of the videos sent, streamed, and viewed, as well as the last viewed date, maximum watch seconds, and maximum watch rates.

  2. ActivityLets you keep track of your prospect’s activity across sent videos, such as the videos sent, sales page views, opens, videos watched, and videos clicked; based on the percentage of the view, it accurately showcases the performance of your videos. 


You may use SalesHandy to,

  • Send automated and highly tailored cold emails and

  • Track & schedule emails from Gmail & Outlook extensions. 

As a result, when you sign up for SalesHandy, you must select the appropriate objective for using SalesHandy in your workflows, such as Email SequenceEmail Tracking, or Email Sequence and Email Tracking, because the user interface for SalesHandy alters correspondingly.


Requirements:

SalesHandy video analytics for Email Sequence and Email Tracking or Email Tracking:

  1. Log in to SalesHandy using your credentials.

  2. Click on the Contacts menu from the left-side panel.

  1. Hover the mouse over the respective contact. You’ll notice the View reports icon on the right side. 

  2. Click on the View reports icon to view the comprehensive report. 

  1. Now, click on the Reports tab to see the total count of your videos sent, loads, views, last viewed date, max watch seconds, and max watch rates.

  1. Video Name - The video title.

  2. Loads - The number of times the video was opened.

  3. Views - The number of times the video was viewed.

  4. Last Viewed Date - The last viewed date of the video.

  5. Max Watch Seconds - The video’s maximum number of watch seconds.

  6. Max Watch Rate - The maximum watch rate of the video.  

  1. Click on the Activity tab to see the activities that are made by your prospect against your sent videos.  

  1. Email Opened - The number of prospects who open the email.

  2. Video Watched with Percentage The percentage of your video that has been watched.

  3. Sales Page Opened - The number of prospects who open a sales page.

  4. Time Spent on Sales Page - The prospect's total time spent on the sales page.

  5. Sales Page related CTA clicks - The number of clicks by prospects on any of the links on the sales page.


With this information, you can better understand and track your prospects' behavior. In addition to that, you can also prioritize your follow-ups based on real-time video data like views and watch percentage.


SalesHandy video analytics for Email Sequence:

  1. Log in to SalesHandy using your credentials and select the Prospects menu from the left-side panel.

  1. Click on the specific prospect.

  1. The slider will appear with prospect details. Click on the Video Reports icon.

  1. Now, click on the Reports tab to see the total count of your videos sent, loads, views, last viewed date, max watch seconds, and max watch rates.

  1. Video Name - The video title.

  2. Loads - The number of times the video was opened.

  3. Views - The number of times the video was viewed.

  4. Last Viewed Date - The last viewed date of the video.

  5. Max Watch Seconds - The video’s maximum number of watch seconds.

  6. Max Watch Rate - The maximum watch rate of the video.
