Currently, our iOS app doesn't support Google, Microsoft, Facebook, and Twitter sign-in. We are working towards this and due to restrictions of the App Store, we couldn't do it sooner.
To enable login in the iOS app:
Go to Hippo Video.
Click on the Forgot Password displayed below.
Provide your registered email ID to receive a password reset link and click on Reset Password.
You shall receive an email specifying the instructions to reset your password. Login to your registered email ID and click on the link provided.
In a new tab, a reset password layout opens up.
Enter your new password and click on Change my password.
You shall be logged in to your Hippo Video account. You can now use the same password to login into your iOS app and your desktop Hippo Video account.
