To send invites to team members through emails:
Log-in to Hippo Video with your existing credentials or click on ‘Start Your Free Trial’ if you are a first-time user.
Click on the More icon from the left navigation bar and select User Management or click on the User Management icon.
Select Users tab from the top and click the Invite Team Members button at the top right.
Fill in the fields displayed such as Role and Name.
If you have more than one plan, then select the appropriate plan as Sales/Marketing accordingly.
The Save and add another link helps to add users without exiting the dialog.
Once you’re done, click on Save.
The invite will be sent to the respective team member through email.
You can filter the users such as Active User, Inactive User, and Unconfirmed User by clicking on the drop-down menu next to Filter By.
You can also retrieve the specific user details by entering the data in the Search field.
Note: You will be able to see the license details at the top right corner of the screen.
The Buy now link leads you to the subscription page.
Note: The users can Sign Up via this link and they will be added to this account.
By clicking on the More icon near the user, you will have an option to Edit, Enable/Disable Sales Addon, Deactivate, Reset Password, and Resend invite.
To send invites to team members through links:
Click on the Invite Team Members drop-down on the top right and, select Invite using link.
You will be prompted with the message saying Link has been copied to the clipboard successfully. You can now share this link through Slack, Whatsapp, or Email.
Now, you can paste the link into an appropriate platform to share.
