Use filters to track the activities of your prospects for each action

With Hippo Video, you can now track the activities of your prospects with each action using filters.

Here's a way you can do that: 

  1. Log-in to Hippo Video with your existing credentials.

  2. Hover the mouse over the Insights 360  icon from the left navigation bar and select Contacts.  

  3. You will see the option for selecting Filters on the right.

Note: The Filters option helps to customize and quickly get a 360 degree perspective of your prospects by applying multiple options.

How to use FIlters:

  1. In the Contacts screen, click Filters on the top right corner to open the filters pane.


Filter Rules - 

    • Sales Page Templates, Campaigns, Videos, Documents, and Testimonials, 

      1. is & contains - Lists the records that exactly match one of the input values. 

      2. starts with and ends with - Lists the records that exactly match the starting and ending word of the input value.

    • Events - Lists the records based on the event selection (Video Mails Sent, Video Mails Opened, Video Viewed, etc.), and  

    • Time - Lists the records based on the date range selection (Show for Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Last 90 days).

  1. Below is the list of detailed explanation about each option listed inside filters:

    • Sales Page Templates - Lists all the prospects whoever interacted with the chosen sales page.

    • Campaigns - Lists all the prospects whoever interacted with the chosen campaigns.

    • Videos - Lists all the prospects whoever interacted with the chosen videos.

    • Documents - Lists all the prospects whoever interacted with the chosen documents.

    • Testimonials - Lists the prospect for the chosen testimonial.

    • Events - Lists all the prospects whoever interacted for the chosen event.

    • Time - Lists all the prospects whoever interacted during the chosen date range.

  2. Once you’ve chosen the filter option, click Apply. The prospects will be listed based on the selection. 


Example 1Events filter 
  1. In the Filter pane, click on the + icon near Events and choose Video Mails Opened


Note: By default, all the selected filters will be listed at the bottom of the dialog for future use, and the Reset button at the top right helps in clearing the filter selection. 
  1. Once you’ve selected, click on Apply. You will be able to see the list of all the prospects who had opened the video emails.

     

  1. To see the detailed activities of the specific prospect, click on the arrow below Recent Activity

  1. To delete or edit prospects, hover the mouse over the prospect. You will see the below options:

     

    • Delete - Check the box and click Delete.

    • Edit Prospect - Click on the Pencil icon and update the changes & then click Save.

    • Add Notes - Click on the Note icon and add the notes & then click  Save.


Example 2Sales Page Templates filter - You also have an option to apply multiple selections inside a single filter.
  1. In the Filter pane, click on the + icon near Sales Page Templates and select the Condition as Is/Contains/Starts with/Ends with.

  1. Enter the keyword and all the related words will be displayed as shown below. Select the appropriate sales page template. 

  1. The total selections for the filters will be displayed at the bottom.


  1. Once you’ve selected, click on Apply. You will be able to see the list of all the prospects who had interacted with the sales page templates. 



Example 3Sales Page Templates and Events filters - You also have an option to apply multiple filters.
  1. In the Filter pane, 

    • Click on the + icon near Sales Page Templates and select the Condition as Is/Contains/Starts with/Ends with. Enter the keyword and all the related words will be displayed as shown below. Select the appropriate sales page template.

    • Click on the + icon near Events and choose Page Viewed.

  2. The total filter selection will be displayed at the bottom.


  1. Once you’ve selected, click on Apply. You will be able to see the list of all the prospects who had interacted with the sales page templates and viewed the page.
