Manage video tasks inside the Android app

Video Tasks lets you create and manage a to-do list. It helps to keep track of your daily tasks, organize multiple lists, and track important deadlines.

Here's a brief walkthrough video on how to manage video tasks inside the Android app,

To open video tasks:

1. Open the Hippo Video app on your device and click Sign In.

2. Click on the Video Tasks icon at the bottom. 

   
   

3. Here, you will see three tabs:

   1. My ToDos- Lets you set your tasks. 

   2. All ToDos - Lets you view all the tasks (set by all).

   3. Results - Lets you keep track of your prospect's activity across sent videos such as email opened, a video played, etc. 

To set video Tasks:

1. Click on the My ToDos tab and then swipe left-side of the prospect email id.

2. You will see two options: View Notes and Record Video.

   1. View Notes - Enter a new note or Edit an existing note.

   2. Record Video - Helps to record and send video to a selected prospect.

3. Click on View Notes.

4. Click on Edit Notes and enter the notes related to the recording for a selected prospect.

   
   

5. Once you’re done, click on Save Notes and then click on Done. Your notes will be added to the specific prospect. 

6. To exit from Video Tasks, swipe the right side of the options.
