To test and confirm if the webcam and microphone are working on the application, use the links below:

Grant permission: Ensure that Hippo Video has the necessary permissions to access your microphone and camera.

Make sure you are using the latest version of Hippo Video application. For this, regularly keep checking in-app updates or get it directly from Hippo video Website. In case, you’re using the older version, then uninstall and reinstall the most recent version.
