Microsoft Outlook usually adjusts a thumbnail resolution if the video link is copied with a thumbnail (Copy Link With Thumbnail). Here’s how you can manually reset it:
Right-click and select Size and Position.
Below Scale, adjust the Height and Width and click the Save button.
Or click on the Corners of the thumbnail and drag to resize it.
