With Hippo Video, you can now send humanized video emails to multiple recipients all at once.
To send humanized video email campaigns:
Log in to Hippo Video with your existing credentials.
Click on the Campaigns icon from the left navbar and then click the Create Campaign button at the upper right.
You’ll be redirected to the new campaigns page, where you can create personalized videos or a personalized sales page for your videos.
Click the Edit icon at the top left, to rename the campaign.
Name your campaign and click the Tick icon to save the name.
To create personalized videos:
Choose Video to send personalized videos and click Proceed.
Select the video from the Video Library tab, and then click the Save and Next button.
The selected video is uploaded here. Click the Save and Next button.
To embed it to a sales page:
Select the Sales Page and click the Save and Next button.
You will see a preview of the sales page.
Edit it if you want to by clicking on the Edit Template at the bottom right.
Click Save and Next.
To choose your email service provider to distribute the campaign:
Simply select one of the listed options, either marketing channels or your email account.
Then, click Save and Next buttons.
To send the campaign via Gmail/Outlook/SMTP:
Fill in all of the required details and click Next.
Note: You’ll be able to proceed with the next step only if you select the Email Template.
Select your GDrive account from which you’d want to import contacts.
Now, select the spreadsheet which holds your recipient’s details.

Then, compare the details with the merge fields and click the Save and Next button.
If you have missed out on filling in a particular field, you shall receive an error message pointing it out.
Click the Save and Next button.
You can now preview your campaign.
Now, you can either schedule this email to send it out later by picking up the date & time for the video email or send it immediately.
Once done, click Launch Campaign.
As you can see, you will receive a pop-up notification confirming that your campaign has been launched. You can find all your previously created campaigns under the Campaigns option in the quick navigation bar on top.
Once it is launched, you can find it labelled as Sent under the Campaigns tab.
Note: In case you have exited a campaign mid-way, you can find it labelled as Drafted under the Campaigns tab.
In case you have scheduled the campaign:
It will be labelled as Scheduled under the Campaigns tab.
You can edit only till the scheduled time.
You can reschedule the campaign at any time by clicking on the appropriate icon on the right of the campaign.
To stop the rescheduled campaign, you must delete it.
