Hippo Video Account. Sign-up here if you are a new user.
Hippo Video Chrome extension. Click on this link to install.
To send quick campaigns from Dynamic 365:
Log-in to Dynamic 365 using your credentials and click on the Dynamic 365 - Custom card.
Click Quick Campaigns below Marketing from the navigation bar on the left and then on the Email tab at the top.
In the compose window, you’ll find the Hippo Video icon at the top.
Click on the Hippo Video icon. Select the option from the pop-up.
Before recording, if you have any lengthy scripts then enable the teleprompter. The Enable Teleprompter feature within Hippo Video will prompt your scripts on the screen and lets you talk without the need to check your notes. To learn how to enable it, click here.
You can create a new video or import a video from the Hippo Video library or record your screen and share it.
Once you have completed it, click on Insert Video to finish up.
You will notice the video gets embedded as a thumbnail inside the compose mailbox.
- Enter the prospect’s email id and the message. Hit Send on the top.
- Now, you've successfully sent a video email campaign to your prospects from Dynamic 365.
