Hippo Video integration setup process begins by default when you send your first email.
Here's brief walkthrough video on how to setup the Hippo Video + Klenty integration,
To intergate Hippo Video integration with Klenty:
Log-in to Klenty using your credentials.
Click on Prospects from the quick navigation bar on the left.
Select a contact.
Click on the Send Email icon.
Click on the Add Video icon at the bottom of the email window.
Note: The Setup Integration pop will appear only when the user attempts to record video for the first time using the app.
Select Setup Integration from the pop-up.
Click on Connect to grant access to Hippo Video.
Note:
If the user connects with Hippo Video from Klenty for the first time, then the same account will be created in Hippo Video as well.
Subsequently, whenever the user clicks on the Hippo Video widget, they’ll automatically be connected with their Hippo Video account.
If multiple users from the same account try to connect with Hippo Video, then they’ll be brought under the same account in Hippo Video.
You’ll notice the message ‘Hippo Video Connected Successfully’ pops up at the top right corner.
Once this is done, the Hippo Video recorder will automatically appear.
Note: Click on Allow at the top left corner to grant microphone and camera access to Klenty.

You can now use Hippo Video widget to record, import, and edit videos inside Klenty. A Hippo Video account will also be created for you by default, where you can access all your videos from the library.
