Why am I not able to access the HV analytics dashboard inside Salesforce?

Please check the following steps to access the analytics, 

  • Please uninstall and re-install the salesforce package once again.

  • During installation, make sure that the 'Install for All users' is chosen.

  • Salesforce and Hippo Video integration is done inside the Hippo Video Settings page.
