Why am I not able to access the HV analytics dashboard inside Salesforce?

Please check the following steps to access the analytics,

Please uninstall and re-install the salesforce package once again.
During installation, make sure that the 'Install for All users' is chosen.
Salesforce and Hippo Video integration is done inside the Hippo Video Settings page.

If the issue still persists, please contact the support team.
