We’re sorry to see that you have raised a request to cancel your subscription with us. We at Hippo Video strive hard to ensure customer satisfaction and critically value any feedback in the process.
Please note that you can also choose to pause your subscription for 2 months. You can evaluate our platform for 2 months without any subscription fee. If you are convinced with the platform, you can go ahead and resubscribe from the third month. Do let us know how we can improve.
To pause your subscription:
Login to Hippo Video using your existing credentials.
Click on the Settings icon from the left navigation bar > select Subscriptions card or click on the More icon from the left navigation bar > select Settings and then click on the Subscriptions card.
Scroll down to an end and click on Cancel or pause subscription from the right bottom.
A pop-up will appear. Select the option (duration) to pause the subscription.
Click Pause Subscription.
In case, if you still want to cancel your subscription, then click on Cancel Subscription at the bottom.
Fill in the details and then click Cancel Subscription.
Note: Once you cancel your subscription, your account will be automatically moved to Free Plan.
Refunds:
Based on your pro-rata ratio, only a portion of the amount or the entire amount will be refunded.
