Hippo Video is integrated with Zoho Desk to help support folks create & share videos for their work. They can create how-to videos, product demo videos, resolution videos for customer issues and customer testimonial videos of happy customers. You can create a quick screen/webcam video, share the created videos from library or ask customer to record their issue all inside from Zoho Desk.

Requirements:

  • Hippo Video Account. Sign-up here if you are a new user. 

  • Zoho Desk account.

To integrate Zoho Desk with Hippo Video

  1. Login to Zoho Desk account using existing credentials.

  2. Click on Setup icon which is right next to your Profile.

  1. Scroll down to an end and click Marketplace.

  1. Search for Hippo Video and click on the Install button.

  1. To finish the installation process, you will need an Auth Token. Click on Authorize app to generate the token. 

  2. Copy the token displayed and navigate to your previous tab and paste it in the Auth Token field.

  3. Then, click on Install to finish the process.

Once you are done, you can go to your Tickets tab and check for the Hippo Video widget. If the app is integrated, you should be able to record a video or select the videos which are already recorded inside Zoho Desk.
