Yes, you can. Please follow the below steps to do,
Hover the mouse over the preferred sales page template thumbnail and click on More right at the bottom right side of the thumbnail > select Edit from the pop-up.
Now, modify the necessary changes.
Once you’re done, click Save and Next.
