Integrate Zoho SalesIQ chatbot inside Hippo Video sales page

Chatbots are highly potent tools that are easy to use and yield great results. Using a chatbot on your sales pages, you can close more deals, reduce email conversations, reduce the sales cycle, increase your conversion rates, reduce your bounce rate, etc., making engaging easier for prospects.

With Hippo Video, the Zoho SalesIQ chatbot can now be integrated inside the Sales page of Hippo Video.

Requirements:

  • Hippo Video Account. Sign-up here if you are a new user.

  • Zoho SalesIQ Account. 


To integrate a Zoho SalesIQ chatbot inside the Hippo Video sales page: 

  1. Click on the Library  icon from the left navbar > Sales Pages > Create New at the top right

  1. Hover the mouse over the template of your choice and click the Create Page button.

  1. Add your primary video and customize the sales page as you want it to be.

  2. Below the primary video, click the button and select the option as Chat from the drop-down & do the green tick.

  1. You’ll notice the options listed at the top based on your selection.

  2. Here, you can change the button text, button color, font type, font size, font style, and select chat type (chat used).

  1. Select Zoho SalesIQ from Chat used drop-down and click the Chat configuration link.

  1. The Zoho SalesIQ configuration dialog will appear.

Note: The Widget Code is mandatory to embed the chatbot inside the sales page.


To get the App Id from Zoho SalesIQ:

  1. Log in to Zoho SalesIQ using existing credentials. 

  2. Click on the Settings icon at the top right and select Brands (Website) below Personalize.

  1. Click on Brand Name.

  1. Click on the Installation card.

  1. Click on the Website card.

  1. Then, click on the Copy this code upon which the entire code get copied.

  1. Paste it into any of the text editors and copy only the Widget Code (as highlighted below).

  1. Navigate to Hippo Video and paste the widget code

  2. Select the position (default, right, left, top right, top left, bottom right, bottom left) of the chatbot that you want to appear on the sales page and click Save.

  1. You shall receive a confirmation message at the top of the page.

  2. By clicking the Edit configuration link, you can modify the chatbot anytime.

  1. Once you’re done, click the Save and Next at the bottom right. 

  2. Now, you’ve successfully added the chatbot to your sales page and you’ll be redirected to the sales page preview.

Note: If you do not wish to link the chatbot with the CTA button, but rather wish to appear on the sales page automatically, please follow the steps below.


To integrate Zoho SalesIQ chat inside HV for the existing sales page:

  1. Go to Sales Pages and choose your preferred sales page from the listing in which you wish to embed the Zoho SalesIQ chatbot. 

  2. In the Sales Page Preview, click on Integrate > Zoho SalesIQ from the right tab.

  3. Enter the Widget Code and select Position.

  4. Once you’re done, click Save. Now, you’ve successfully added the chatbot to your sales page.

  1. Go to sales page listing and copy the Page Link

  1. Open the new tab and paste the URL. 

  2. Click on the Chat with us button/icon underneath the video preview to initiate a chat with Zoho SalesIQ.
