Video analytics helps your marketing and sales team with a complete view of how their leads and customers are engaging with their videos. Apart from the convenience to record and send videos, you can get access to all the video insights within your ecosystem

Requirements:

To track video analytics inside Gmail:

  1. Log-in to your Gmail account.

  2. Click on the Email Reports icon at the right-hand corner.

  1. By default, the Gmail reports i.e. 1:1 video email reports will be displayed such as the total count of your video emails sent, opened, and watched rate.

  1. Click on the View detailed report link, to view the detailed reports of your videos.

  1. From the drop-down list, select the option for which you want to see the detailed information such as,

  1. Filter By, From and To (Date-range selector): The data-range selector is located at the top right. You can use the date range selectors, to view the reports for a given time period i.e. This WeekYesterday, Today, Last WeekLast 7 daysThis MonthLast Month, and Custom (select the date, month, and year).

  1. Click on the Campaign Reports tab, to see the corresponding actions made against the video such as the total count of prospects with whom the video is shared and the count of video views.
