As an Admin, if you want to create a video flows and set the workflow for the user,
By default, the pre-designed templates for various categories will get listed such as Prospecting, Deal Progression, Follow Up, Closure, Sales Enablement, Account Management, and Greetings.
Click the ‘Create New’ button on the top right corner.
As you are on the first page, ensure that your template is named and saved. You can find it in the top left corner.
Click the Edit icon (top left) to enter the name for your template (mandatory) and save it.
Note: A green tick shall indicate that your template has been successfully saved.
You can add your custom background music by selecting the Set Background Music option from the Settings pop-up on the right side in the top bar.
You can import audio from local, recently used, audio libraries or g-drive and then click Import. The selected audio is set.
Note: You can adjust the volume of the background music on each slide and also can change the background music at any point in time.
To embed your video on the selected sales page, click the Set Sales Page from the Settings pop-up (top right).
Select the sales page and then click Choose. The selected sales page is set.
Note: You can change the sales page at any point in time.
Click the Visibility Settings from the Settings pop-up (top right) to set template privacy.
Select the folder and visibility as,
Users and Groups - Select the users and groups from the search field. By default, the selected users and groups will be given view access.
Everyone in the Organization - All the users from the same domain can access the folders.
By default, the selected users/groups will have only view access. If required, the Admin can change the access by clicking on the Viewer link. From the drop-down, the Admin can select Editor access. Permission - Editor (Allows access to the user to edit the template), Viewer (Allows access to the user to view the template and share the same), and Remove Access (This will not be shown as separate permission. Only the creator can remove access to template).
Note: The same user will have access to Viewer and Editor. So, in that case, they will have permissions based on the hierarchy, i.e. Between Viewer and Editor, the Editor has the highest permission.
Video Transitions: This will be ON for Admins by default. This results in the merged videos having fadein/fadeout transitions in the middle of each video. The Admin can turn off the toggle button to make the Transition invisible in the merged videos, and, by default, the option will be concealed from the users under that Admin. If the user wants the option enabled, they can turn it on.
The list of default slides for creating videos is shown on the left side of the screen.
Green tick - Indicates that the slide is completed with an action.
REC - Once the video or image is added to the slide, the Rec button changes to a green tick mark.
+ADD - Click to add slides.
On the right side of the screen, enter the title name, notes for your sales team, and content for each slide of your template (pre-defined video/dynamic video).
You’ll have three slides by default, but you can create an N number of slides based on the requirement. In this template, you’ll have two different types of slides: Pre-defined video and Dynamic video.
If the Content Options is chosen as Pre-defined Video then you have an option to record video/import video (local/library) /import image (local/library/recently used/g-drive/free stock images/shopify).

If the Content Options is chosen as Dynamic Video then you have an option to enable for the user such as:
Note: The Add Script (lets you add video script) and Add Image/Video as Virtual Background (lets you add virtual background) will be enabled only if the Webcam Video option is chosen.
Now, your template is ready to share with users.
Note: The Save as Template button will be enabled when all the slides have been completed.
Click on the Save as Template button at the top right corner.
Your template is now available inside Custom Flows and also inside all the video creation flow.
Now, you can ask your sales users to create videos using these templates to save time and follow the guidelines set by you.
To manage the enabled options of the thumbnail:
Click on the More icon below the thumbnail to view the enabled options,
Note: No access to Edit/Delete the Default templates.
To change the template privacy settings, click Set Access. Please follow the steps explained in the 10th and 11th points.
To make the duplicate copy of the existing template, click Clone.
To edit or delete the templates, click on the appropriate options.
To manage the basic features inside Template builder (at the top of the screen):
Sort by - Sort the templates either by Recent/Name.
Search - Search for the specific template.
Visibility settings for quick create - All the system templates are enabled here by default. You can always show/remove the newly created templates inside the ‘+Create’ button (available at the top right) by enabling/disabling the toggle button.
Note: This is applicable only for Admin.
To enable/disable the templates, click Visibility settings for quick create link at the top right.
Here, enable the toggle button near the appropriate template and then click Save.
The enabled template is available inside the + Create button.
