Sending video emails in PhoneBurner (using Chrome Extension)


To send video emails from PhoneBurner:

  1. Log-in to PhoneBurner using your existing credentials. 

  2. Click on the Contacts tab on top.

  1. Click on the Contacts folder on the left. You will see all your contacts getting listed.

  2. Click on any one contact you wish to email, and click on the Send email option on the top. 

  3. You’ll find the Hippo Video icon at the top right of your email compose window. 

  1. Click on the Hippo Video icon. Select the option from the pop-up.

  2. Before recording, if you have any lengthy scripts then enable the teleprompter. The Enable Teleprompter feature within Hippo Video will prompt your scripts on the screen and lets you talk without the need to check your notes. To learn how to enable it, click here.

  3. You can create a new video or import a video from the Hippo Video library or record your screen and share.

  4. Once you have completed, your video is now ready to be shared.

  5. If you wish to send out your video via a sales page, click the Sales Page tab on the top right corner to select a sales page template to embed and then, click on the Thumbnail tab on the top right corner to choose a thumbnail for the video.   6. Fill in the details and then click on Insert Video to finish up.

  7. You will notice the video gets pasted as a thumbnail inside the compose mailbox.  

  1. Now, click on the Send Email. You have successfully sent a video email to your prospect from PhoneBurner.

  2. You will receive a pop-up notification confirming that your email has been sent.
