Add forms inside sales page

In Hippo Video, you can now quickly embed the forms inside the sales page. This will help you gather information on valuable leads. 

To add forms inside sales page:

  1. Log-in to  Hippo Video with your existing credentials.

  2. Click on the Create button from the top right > Create Sales Pages or click on the Library icon from the left navbar and then click Sales Pages.

  3. Now, click Create New at the top right corner.

  1. Hover the mouse over Sales Page template and then click Create Page.

  2. Now, click on the Add Primary Video to add a video to your sales page.

  3. Your video now gets pasted as a thumbnail in the Sales Page.

  1. Below the primary video, Select the Button Type as Form and click on the Green tick, you will see the Form used options at the top.

  1. Enter the button name in the Button Text field.

  2. You also have an option to change the button text color and background color using the radio buttons.

  1. You can select Form used as,

  1. Default - Select to configure the form.

  2. HubSpot - Select to embed HubSpot form. Click here to check on how to get Portal Id in HubSpot and Click here to check on how to get Form Id in HubSpot.
    Fill in the details and then click 
    Apply to configure HubSpot form.


  1. Here, we have selected the Form used as Default. Click on Form Configuration, to edit the form.

  1. Mandatory fields are non-editable and Optional fields are editable.

  2. You’ll be able to change the title and button.

  1. Title - Option to change the font type, text color, font face, text alignment, link.

  1. Button - Option to change the button text and background color.

  1. Once you are done, click Save at the bottom of the screen.

  2. You will be redirected to a page where you can name your page, set its privacy and thumbnail, and add a personalized ‘Favicon’.

  1. Click ‘Save and Next’. Your sales page is now ready to be shared.

  2. If the end-user fills the form and submits it, you’ll get the details as an email notification.

Example: If the end-user clicks the button, the form will be populated as shown below.  

Once the end-user fills the form and submits it, an email notification will be sent as shown below.
