With Hippo Video, you can now make your message even more special by creating and sending out stunning Christmas Greetings using beautiful flows within minutes. Make your prospects feel special and in turn, let them share their joy by sending a personalized version to their co-workers/clients.
To navigate to the video flows:
Log-in to Hippo Video with your existing credentials.
Hover the mouse over the HV Studio icon in the left navbar and click on the Video Flows.
You will be redirected to the Video Flows page where you’ll find the Custom Tags and System Tags.
Custom Tags are tailor-made tags created by admins to manage and retrieve flows. If there are no custom tags available for an account, the custom tag filter will not appear.
Note: The video flows associated with custom tags are automatically moved to the Others category when deleted.
System Tags are pre-made tags available by default for every Hippo Video user to manage and retrieve flows.
Here you’ll find an option to search the video flow templates using various ways:
Sort by - By default, it displays the Recent category. You can also opt for Name.
Search - Enter the name of the video flow and press Enter; Click Clear to clear the content inside the box.
Note: The sort by, and search options work for each tag separately.
Visibility settings for quick create - By default, all the system flows are enabled here. You can always show/remove the newly created flows inside the ‘+Create’ button (available at the top right) by enabling/disabling the toggle button.
Note: This is applicable only for Admin.
To enable/disable the flows, click Visibility settings for quick create link at the top left.
Here, enable the toggle button near the appropriate flow and then click Save.
In the left panel, you’ll find various tabs:
Recently Used - Lists the latest 15 modified flows, either custom tags or system tags (the tag names will not be shown). The default flow will always be the first on top for easy access.
All Flows - Already available and newly created flows will be shown here along with the tag names.
Filter By Tags - This includes the Custom Tags and System Tags.
By clicking the Create New Flow button on the right side of each tag will allow you to create a new video flow.
To create a video using the ‘send thank you video’ flow:
Go to the Greetings tab in the left panel and hover the mouse over the Send Thank You Video flow.
You can either Preview your flow.
Note: The Preview option will be available only for the System Tags (default flows).
Or click on the Use button.
Step 1: Pick out a ‘Thank You’ theme.
The Wave of gratitude theme is selected by default.
Click on these Right and Left arrows to view various themes such as Wave of gratitude, Token of appreciation, Drive down the thankful lane, Winter Lit, The Whishing Spree, or Palm Springs.
Click on the Play icon, to preview the Thank You theme before selecting.
Pick the theme you love and click Choose.
Note: You also have an option to change the theme anytime in between before you send it.

Step 2: Record a Personal Video or Import it from your Library.
The starting (before) and ending (after) of the theme selected will be displayed in your video.
You can either record a video or import a video (local drive/library).
For example, click on the Import Video, to import the video.
Select the appropriate video and click Proceed.
Step 3: Add your Custom Greeting Message.
Select the Background music from the drop-down.
Click on the Import Image tab to upload an image.
Once you’re done, click Get Video Rolling.
Note: It will take a few minutes to process your video. You can preview the delivery page after the video is processed.
Step 4: Share your Video Greetings with your Prospects or Customers.
Enter the subject line for the video and the name of the prospect.
You also have the option to share the URL by clicking on the Copy Link with thumbnail.
The Preview option helps to have a look at the video before sending it.
Once you’re done, click on Send an Email, to send to individual prospects or Send as a Campaign, to send to multiple prospects.
Here, as an example, the video is shown as being sent to a specific prospect.
Click on Send an Email and you will see the recorded video in the email body.
Enter your prospect’s email address, a catchy subject line, and the email message (choose a template or enter a message).
You also have the option to send out the mail later by selecting Schedule this email box.
Pick a date and time for the video email to be sent and hit Send.
Fill in the details and then click on Send to finish up.
You have successfully sent a greeting to your prospect.
To track the performance of each video sent to specific/multiple prospects:
Now, you can pay close attention to all your video activities. All the information and real-time updates about your video fall under notifications as soon as your email is opened.
View Notifications inside Hippo Video:
On the top right corner, click on the Notification icon. Now, you will be able to see the notifications of your sent videos.
View Notifications via the Chrome Browser:
On the top right corner of the browser, click on the Hippo Video icon > Notificationicon. You will see the notifications of your sent videos.
