View video analytics inside Outplay

Video analytics helps your marketing and sales team with a complete view of how their leads and customers are engaging with their videos. With HV, you can get access to all the video insights within your ecosystem. A comprehensive report will show your video’s detailed information in two different categories:

  1. Reports: Lets you keep track of the videos sent, streamed, views, even last viewed date, max watch seconds, and max watch rates.

  2. Activity: Lets you to keep track of your prospect’s activity across sent videos such as the videos sent, sales page views/opens, videos watched, and videos clicked; based on the percentage of the view, it accurately showcases the performance of your videos.

To track video analytics and activities:

  1. Log-in to your Outplay account.

  2. From the left navigation bar, click the Prospects icon.

  1. Click on an existing prospect. You will notice the Reports icon available on the right.

  1. Now, click on the Video Reports icon to see your prospect’s activity towards the videos.

  1. Video Name - The name of the video.

  2. Loads - The number of times the video was opened.

  3. Views - The number of times the video was viewed.

  4. Last Viewed Date - The last viewed date of the video.

  5. Max Watch Seconds - The maximum watch seconds of the video.

  6. Max Watch Rate - The maximum watch rate of the video.

  1. Click on the Activity tab to see the actions taken by your prospects with respect to the videos sent.

  1. Email Opened - Prospects opened an email.

  2. Video Watched with Percentage - The watch percentage of your video.

  3. Sales Page Opened - Prospects that opened a sales page.

  4. Time Spent on Sales Page - The maximum time spent on the sales page by your prospect.
